Securing a Property - 1 weeks rent is required to secure the property. If you fail referencing or pull out of the property then you will lose the weeks rent.

Early Termination - Should you wish to leave the contract early, you will liable for the landlords cost, in re-letting the property as well as all rent due under the tenancy until the start date of replacement tenancy. These costs will be no more than the maximum amount of rent outstanding on the tenancy.
